Jeri Mainer

  I was born and raised in California and graduated from California State University in Sacramento with a Business Degree. I immediately went to work in the insurance industry and after almost 40 years, I still love what I do - I HELP PEOPLE. I help them plan for and recover from the unexpected.         

  I moved to Spokane during ice storm 1996 to start my agency. A day I’ll never forget. Having never lived in Spokane, I arrived to my new office and apartment to find both without electricity or a working phone. I then began calling my new policy holders from my cell phone. By candlelight and in an unfamiliar, pitch-black apartment, I introduced myself as their new insurance agent. Most of the responses were not something I can write in this bio - Something like “WHERE THE HELL is my agent! “  Oh boy, here we go.   

I have 2 beautiful kids, who are now adults, each living successful and productive lives. Both of my children were gifted athletes who played professional sports overseas after graduating from their respective colleges. My greatest compliment is when someone tells me I have wonderful and respectful kids. They are my greatest success and gift in life. I am now a grandma to a 4 year old and 7 month old.      WOW, an entirely new chapter begins.   

I am an 18 year cancer survivor (Sarcoma).  My survival was a miracle. Over the course of a year, I had 6 week long,  bed ridden, 65 hours each of a 24 hour continuous chemotherapy drip, 3 surgeries, and then 48 straight days of radiation treatments. I do not take one minute of life for granted. I BELIEVE in LIFE insurance for every parent .  All parents should have LIFE insurance outside of employment, because if you cannot work:  life insurance almost never follows you. I speak from experience, NEVER take a chance with the future of your children and family - GET LIFE INSURANCE in place. Because of my brush with my mortality, I make helping people with their Life Insurance needs a personal mission.   

  Aside from our offices’ exceptional service, I have 10 years of claims experience which sets me apart from other offices. Most agents have no claims background. My responsibility to you is to be here for you to make LIFE GO RIGHT: in the good times and in the not so good times, I will be there.
